Elmington Capital Group, LLC, is a privately owned investment firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. We focus on real estate, finance and growth company investment opportunities that provide income and capital appreciation through a diverse portfolio of assets. The principals of Elmington have extensive experience in the investment and financing of multifamily, office, industrial, retail and land properties throughout the southeastern United States.

Our approach is hands-on, targeting investments that we believe are undervalued and that have the following characteristics:

• Value-add potential through lease-up of vacant space, below market rental rates, property in need of capital infusion, or a property suffering from inadequate management or leasing team
• Strong in-place yield that generates attractive cash-on-cash returns to our investors
• Partnership recapitalization seeking new equity
• Irreplaceable real estate in high-growth corridors

We seek smaller, more entrepreneurial transactions that are too small for institutional investors or most investment funds and too large for individual investors.
